Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is following on from where its predecessor left off. This is an awesome series of games and you can actually get the whole original trilogy in one collection these days. What I liked about this game is that they took what the first two games did and kept what people liked all the while making various little improvements to the formula.
When Tribes Go To War
The story of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is about the various ninja villages being at war. It follows the events from the anime very well and if you are a fan, you are most certainly going to get a huge kick out of the way you get to play through some of the events that you know and love.
On the flip side of this, I think the story is presented so well that even someone who does not know a great deal about the world of Naruto is going to be able to get invested in what is going down here which is cool.
The Gang Is All Here
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 features a stacked roster of characters that you can play as. I think there are around 80 characters that you can take direct control of as well as assist characters that will help you out. It is very impressive how they were able to include pretty much the whole cast of characters here. The presentation of the game is 100 percent a step up from the second. It captures the look of the show very well.
Easy To Learn And Easy To Master
I will admit that the gameplay is not exactly super deep, but what is here is a lot of fun. At its core, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is a fighting game. You take part in mainly one on one battles, but they also throw in massive battles, boss battles, and QTEs as well. There is a solid variety of things here.
The fighting is very easy to learn and you can pull off all of these flashy moves pretty easily and you feel like a badass as you go. I can see why some might say it is a button masher, but I am not sure I would go that far. It is a game that pretty much anyone can jump into and have fun. However, they have also made it so the more “complex” aspects of the gameplay are easy to learn.
Staying The Course
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 has a fantastic campaign to play through. This is going to take you several hours to get through and it is very entertaining and exciting. It also has various multiplayer modes that you can have a lot of fun with. It used to have a solid online community back in the day, but I would assume that community is long dead.

This is a series of games that I really do enjoy and I have to say that in the original three games, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is the best out of them all. It improves on what the other two games did in pretty much every regard. It plays better, looks better and it is great that they took what people liked about the other games and made them even better here.
