Everytime I launch GTA V SP OR ONLINE it starts up in OFFLINE MODE (social club) preventing me from ever accessing ONLINE PLAY. I've done my research before posting, of course. I've tried every known fix thrown at me from; reading on threads & other online sources, deleting files and redownloading, uninstalling the game/Reinstalling, replacing files, reinstalling social club, Installing an. Sometimes it requires an internet connection to verify authenticity and/or update. To my knowledge, there is NO way of getting around this. I found something online about changing the command line to start the game to include an offline tag. Step 5: Restart PC or at least refresh your connection to your Router. At this point the Game, while being in loading screen, told us GTA Online would not connect since apparently we were offline and Social Club needed an activation. Getting (Un)Stuck on Steam Overlay

Many GTA 5 PC players report being stuck in a loop where they're unsure if their accounts actually linked to Social Club or note (there isn't really any feedback letting you know if you're successful or not).
